How much does it cost?
Each postcard is US$1.50/€2.00. Or you can lock in a lower price per card - US$1.00/€1.30 with pre-paid
HazelBucks.
Are postage and taxes included?
Yes. The cost covers everything: printing, stamping, and mailing your postcard.
When will my recipient receive my order?
Your postcard request will be processed, printed, and mailed within two business days. Delivery typically takes 4-7 days from the date ordered. International delivery may take longer.
What kind of paper stock does HazelMail use?
All cards are 300g/m2, UV coated stock
What kind of images does HazelMail support?
HazelMail wants your image to upload quickly and print as crisp and clear as possible. Therefore, we only support JPG and PNG image file formats sized up to 3 MB.
How do I format my image?
The image you upload will appear in the center. You have the option to stretch the image the entire size of the postcard or select a solid color border or custom frame. You can also rotate your image.
Can I send to multiple addresses?
Yes! You can send to multiple recipients by clicking the "Add Recipient" button after addressing your card. You can also import your existing address book by uploading from a CSV file.
What are the card sizes?
Postcard dimensions are 5.75 inches by 4 inches.
Can I upload an image that I did not take myself, or that I do not own the rights to?
If you did not take an uploaded image yourself or if you do not own the rights to it you may be in breach of copyright laws. Please see our
Terms of Use for more information.
What are my options for payment?
Three payment options:

- PayPal
HazelMail also accepts Dinero Mail in South America.

How do I add my Delta SkyMiles number to my HazelMail account to start earning miles?
- New HazelMail customers: you must be a registered HazelMail member to earn miles. Click here to create your free account. Select Delta SkyMiles as your Award Program and add your SkyMiles member number. Click on Save. Send cards and start earning miles!
- Existing HazelMail members: Editing your account is easy. Click here to login. Click on Edit profile at the top of the page. Select Delta SkyMiles as your Award Program and add your SkyMiles member number. Click on Save. Send cards and start earning miles!
How long does it take for my Delta SkyMiles to be credited to my account?
Your Delta SkyMiles account will be credited approximately 4-6 weeks after your HazelMail purchase.
Can I earn Delta SkyMiles on free cards redeemed by a promotion code?
You are only able to earn Delta Sky Miles on HazelBuck purchases or postcards paid for by another form of payment. Free postcards are not eligible.
How does the Lonely Planet images work?
HazelMail offers Lonely Planet images to be sent as
postcards. Each postcard is the same price as a custom postcard. Please note that Lonely Planet images do not qualify to earn SkyMiles.
